It's 800-386-5550. This is for MSN which includes Windows Live and Hotmail. The best thing is to NEVER, EVER USE THIS "SERVICE"! It's horrible and they try their best not to help you online and there is no phone # onsite. I called Microsoft (800-642-7676) and was given the MSN #. The phone operator I got actually helped me but didn't know the answers to my questions.

I'm confused - you're giving us the phone number but you don't want us to use this "service"? Or are we supposed to use the second phone number? Neither sound overly helpful - one doesn't help you and the other one can't help you! lol
