Too often when I open MSN Messenger to access my hotmail, my Internet Explorer with "have to shut down". A friend suggested downloading another search engine, Mozilla. It DOES work but it's too much of a hastle. Do any of you have an idea what I can do to resolve this problem and still use IE?
Is anyone else having problems accessing hotmail thru MSN messenger?
try reinstalling IE. that will resolve the issue. I had the same issue.
