I can't log on my hotmail account. All i want to do is access my hotmail account and check my messages that have been sitting there for probably a month now... how can i manage this. If it means me switching to windows live somehow, i will.
I've been using msn hotmail for a long time now. All of the sudden they changed it to Windows Live.?
Clear Your Browser’s Cache
In Internet Explorer
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Options.
In Internet Options
Delete all Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, Saved Passwords etc.
Close all browser windows.
Open a new browser window.
Log in to you MS account then log out
That should reset the cookies.
Reply:the change to windows live shouldnt affect ur username or password...is there a forgot ur password link, it may allow u to reset it or something...other than that, exacly what error message are u getting??
