Just go to MSN email sign in and on the bottom there is a box that's says you forgot your password click it and it will get you your password.
Reply:When you enter your username, there is a box for the password and below that box, there is a clear sentence "Forgot your password?" and when you click on that, a box opens with clear instructions containing some characters which you need to type into a box. May be you are not using the right browser to see the characters.
Reply:usually when you log in there is a little sentence under that password part that says forgot password click on that and it should give you your security question and when you answer it should give you a new password
