Why my computer seems to be forgetting my aacount. first my msn hotmail, now in yahoo messenger. whats wrong?

for more than one month now, i have not been able to open my hotmail inbox. now im having difficulty signing in to yahoo messenger.


my personal information is currently not searchable in my homepage (my yahoo) i installed 2006 original norton antivirus yesterday, but still theres no changes. what my compter need to resolve this problem?

Reply:i think someone deleting the cookies and temporary internet files. Check your options in internet explorer under tools.
Reply:im not sure about messenger but you can go to TOOLS then INTERNET OPTION and ENABLE COOKIES
Reply:When you are able to sign in again or sign up again there is a prompt box under the password box, that asks "Do you want this computer to remember my id"?


Tick the box and it should allow you to go straight in each time
