Unfortunately you can't. MSN have started converting old hotmail accounts to one of the 2 new formats. Emails with the August Hotmail Newsletter were bulk delivered by MSN indicating as such. Here is what the email I received said. You can use the Classic view which is similar to the old hotmail format by going to Options, More Options and selecting Classic view.
