Hi, Can I invite a friend with MSN/Hotmail account to chat on Yahoo messenger and how? Thanks?

First of all, sign into your yahoo account on messenger.


Then, update your messenger by :


1. Select Help Menu


2. Click on Check for Updates.


3. Then a new Internet Explorer window will open and inform you whether you version of messenger is up to date or not. If it isnt, follow the simple steps given on that page and download it to update your messenger. And if it is already updated, then its great!!





Then when updated, do the following:

1. Sign in


2. Click on Contacts Menu


3. Select Add a Contact


4. Type the MSN/ hotmail id of the person and in Network, select the drop-down list and click on Windows Live (MSN).


5.Then select next, follow the steps, and whoa you are done!! You will be able to chat with your friend having MSN through yahoo messenger!!

i think u just add ur friend that uses MSN/Hotmail the same way u add a yahoo friend. go to add a contact, then type in ur friend's email address __________@_______.com
