My hotmail id password has been changed by hacker I think; I could not be able to open it how I can get the password back to find out my all contacts and to open my emails. Can anyone suggest me on this please.

i don't think that there is a way to do this
but before you sign in you can find (forgot your password) link so click on it and try it

Reply:Create a new ID, click sign-up tab.
Reply:click forgot ur password then answer ur secret question and make new change new password
