How can I know who blocked me in hotmail msn?
There are one or two sites that allow you to view who has blocked you, however a lot of these are scams and seeing as the ones you've tried didn't work you should watch out for any strange behaviour in your messenger account and report it to the link below. Furthermore none of these sites have been approved by Microsoft to be suitable for messenger so it just isn't worth the risk.
Also blocking is ONLY for messenger not hotmail, so sending an email to a contact that has blocked you will not cause any problems they will still receive your message. Therefore both luminous and bob hanky's answers are invalid.
